Terms of service
Last updated: 4 November 2026
BizStaff is a service of GABMAN INVESTMENTS LTD (גבמן השקעות בע״מ), Company No. 513969626, 10 Herzl St, Tel Aviv-Yafo 6688318, Israel. Email: contact@bizstaff.ai.
These terms are an agreement between the business that uses BizStaff ("you") and GABMAN INVESTMENTS LTD ("we", "us"). BizStaff is a service for businesses and is not offered to consumers. By subscribing, you confirm that you act on behalf of a business. By using the free demo or subscribing, you accept these terms.
1. The service
BizStaff gives your business an AI agent that answers your customers on your website chat (by text and voice), on WhatsApp and on a dedicated phone number (calls and SMS). The agent answers from your business's information, shares your own booking, ordering or scheduling link, calls people back when they ask, and passes requests to your team. For hotels, it also checks availability on your own booking site and sends booking links with the dates. Bookings, orders, appointments and payments happen in your own systems. We are not a party to anything between you and your customers.
After you pay, your agent, its phone number and the website chat are set up automatically, usually within minutes. In the United States the number is a local number with your business's area code where one is available; in other countries it is a local number where one can be set up automatically, otherwise a US number. You can forward your business's line to it. Texts to US numbers are sent from that number under the US carriers' registration for business texting (A2P 10DLC), once the carriers have approved the registration. WhatsApp on the same number usually follows within 3 business days, subject to Meta's approval.
2. Free demo
You can build a demo agent from your website for free, with no commitment and no sign-up. A demo agent is built from public information, is meant for evaluation only and is deleted after 7 days, or after 30 days if you leave your details. Please do not send real customers to a demo agent.
3. Plan and payment
- Each plan has a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription, by the size of your team:
| Team size | Setup (one time) | Per month | Call minutes included per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Up to 5 employees | $290 | $99 | 150 |
| 6–25 employees | $490 | $199 | 400 |
| 26–100 employees | $790 | $349 | 1,000 |
- Businesses with more than 100 employees, or with several branches, receive a personal quote.
- Minutes beyond those included in your plan cost $0.25 each and are billed with the next month.
- You choose your plan by the number of people who work in your business, including you. If that number changes, the plan changes from the next billing month.
- Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax, VAT or other taxes, which are added where they apply.
- The subscription is paid monthly in advance and renews each month until it is cancelled.
- Payments are processed by our payment providers, PayMe (Isracard) and Airwallex.
- Fees that Meta charges for WhatsApp messages started by the business, if any, are passed on at cost.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. The change applies from the first billing month that starts after the notice period.
- If a payment fails and is not settled within 14 days of our notice, we may suspend the service.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. Refunds are described in our refund and cancellation policy.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business, choose the right type of business for it (the agent adapts what it says and asks to it), and keep your prices, availability and policies up to date on your website and in your booking or ordering system.
- Review how the agent answers and tell us about anything that should change.
- Comply with the laws and professional rules that apply to your business and to your communication with customers, including privacy, consent for calls and texts (section 6), carrier rules for business texting and WhatsApp's business policies.
- Do not ask us to give the agent the voice or the name of a real person unless that person agreed in writing.
- Mention in your own privacy notice that you use BizStaff to communicate with customers.
- Do not use the service to send spam or marketing without consent, or for anything unlawful.
6. Calls, texts and consent
- Consent is yours to get. You are responsible for having your customers' consent for calls and texts made in your business's name, as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state laws and carrier rules require.
- Who the agent contacts. On its own, the agent calls only people who asked for a call, and texts people only to answer them or to send a link or details they asked for. When your team tells the agent to call or text someone, you confirm that the person has agreed to be contacted that way.
- No marketing or cold outreach. Do not use the service for marketing or promotional calls or texts, automated or prerecorded outreach, or texts to people who have not contacted your business.
- STOP and HELP. Anyone can reply STOP to your business's number to stop texts from it, and HELP for help. After STOP, no more texts are sent to that person from your number until they reply START. Message and data rates may apply. We do not override an opt-out.
- Business texting registration. Texting to US numbers runs under the carriers' registration for business texting (A2P 10DLC). Give us accurate business details for it and keep to the use it describes: answering your customers.
- AI disclosure and call recording. The agent says that it is an AI assistant at the start of every conversation, and its opening line on the phone says that the call is recorded. Some US states, such as California, Florida and Washington, require the consent of everyone on a call to record it, and the opening line is there for that reason. Please do not ask us to remove it.
7. Businesses that handle sensitive information
BizStaff is not a medical records or patient-intake system. Clinics, dental and medical offices, therapists, vets, law and accounting firms, insurance agencies and other businesses that deal with health, legal or financial matters must not use the agent to collect medical details, details of a legal case or a financial matter, or other sensitive information beyond what is needed to book an appointment or a consultation (for example a name, a contact number and a one-line topic). The agent is instructed not to ask for such details and not to give medical, legal, financial or safety advice. The business remains the controller of its customers' information and is responsible for its professional confidentiality duties (such as medical confidentiality and attorney–client privilege), for the rules of its sector, and for telling its customers how their information is used.
8. AI answers
The agent's answers are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. The final price, availability and terms are those in your own systems. The agent is designed to pass to your team what it cannot or should not answer, and it is not a substitute for professional advice. The agent is not an emergency service: people in an emergency must contact emergency services or your team directly.
9. Fair use
We apply reasonable limits to prevent abuse and runaway costs, for example on the number of calls to the same person per day. We will tell you if your use reaches a limit.
10. Availability
We work to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on third parties, including Meta, Twilio, OpenAI, ElevenLabs and Cloudflare, and on maintenance from time to time. Any service level commitment applies only if agreed in writing.
11. Your content and our service
You own your business's content and your customers' data. You allow us to use them only to provide and support the service for you. We own the BizStaff software and service. The dedicated phone number is provided as part of the service. If you cancel, the number is released, unless we agree otherwise.
12. Data protection
We handle personal information as described in our privacy policy. For your customers' information we act on your behalf, under our data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms.
13. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost sales, bookings or profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
14. Term and termination
The subscription continues month to month until you or we cancel it. We may cancel with 30 days' notice, and then refund any unused part of a month already paid. We may suspend or end the service if these terms are seriously breached. After the service ends, we delete your business's data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We will tell customers about material changes at least 30 days in advance. Questions: contact@bizstaff.ai.
