An AI agent that answers clients while your hands are busy

Mid-colour, mid-blow-dry or mid-manicure, you can’t pick up the phone. Your agent answers about prices and treatments from your price list, sends your booking link, and passes every change and cancellation to you on WhatsApp.

Free, no commitment. In Hebrew, English and any language your customers speak.

Why appointments slip away

  • Messages wait until the end of the day

A client who asks at lunchtime about Friday and hears back at 8 p.m. has already booked elsewhere. Your agent replies in seconds.

  • “How much is it?” twenty times a day

Keratin, root touch-up, gel extensions. Your agent answers from your price list and explains when the final price is set at a consultation.

  • Last-minute cancellations

A cancellation sent late at night sits unseen until morning. Your agent passes it on at once and reminds the client of your cancellation policy.

What clients ask, and how your agent answers

Sample conversations from hair salons, a nail studio, a spa and a skin clinic.

Any slots for gel extensions on Thursday?

You can see free times and book in the studio’s Fresha calendar. Here’s the link.

Can I buy a gift voucher for a couples’ massage?

Yes, a 60-minute couples’ massage voucher is $190. I’ve texted you the link to buy it on our website.

I’ve had a rash since yesterday’s facial. Is that normal?

I can’t assess that, and it’s no substitute for a check. I’ve asked the therapist to get back to you today. If your face swells or you have trouble breathing, get emergency help now.

Client asked on WhatsApp: “Can you call me?”

Hi, this is the studio’s AI assistant calling back, as you asked on WhatsApp. How can I help?

I need to move my Thursday appointment.

No problem. I’ve passed your request and the days that suit you to the team, and they’ll come back with a new time.

    • Called the customer back on request

It sends your own booking link

Clients book in the system you already use. Your agent sends the link the moment someone asks about an appointment. It never confirms one itself or claims to see free times.

  • Vagarosalons and spas
  • Treatwellsalons in Europe
  • Square Appointmentsbookings with card payments
  • Your own booking pageany booking link on your website

No online calendar? Your agent collects the treatment and the preferred day and time, and sends them to you on WhatsApp.

What your agent never does at a salon

  • Promise results

It won’t promise how a colour will come out, how long keratin lasts or what a treatment will do for skin. For those questions it offers a consultation.

  • Give skin or health advice

A rash, irritation or a reaction after a treatment goes to your team, and in a serious case it points people to medical help at once.

  • Confirm an appointment itself

It sends your booking link, and if there isn’t one, it collects the treatment and the preferred day and time for you.

  • Pretend to be human

It says it’s an AI assistant at the start of every conversation, and on the phone that the call is recorded.

Where your clients already write

  • Website chat

Chat on your website: price list, treatments and your booking link.

  • WhatsApp

Most clients write on WhatsApp. Your agent answers there and passes changes and cancellations to you.

  • Phone

Picks up when you’re mid-appointment, and calls back clients who ask.

  • SMS

Your booking or gift-voucher link, straight to their phone.

Prices in US dollars, before VAT. Call minutes beyond your plan: $0.25 a minute. Chat and messages don’t count toward minutes. If Meta charges for WhatsApp messages the business starts, that cost is passed on as is. Cancel any month.

Questions

Does it connect to Fresha or Booksy?

It sends clients your own link to the system, and they book there. It can’t see your calendar, so it never says “there’s a slot at 2”.

What does it say about prices?

Only what’s on your price list. When the price depends on hair length or the treatment, it says so and offers a consultation.

What happens when someone cancels at night?

The cancellation reaches you on WhatsApp at once, with the name and time, and your agent reminds the client of the cancellation policy on your website.

Is it worth it if I work alone?

That’s exactly who it’s for. When you work alone, nobody answers mid-treatment. The smallest plan is for businesses with up to 5 people.

Can I teach it about a new treatment?

Yes. On your management page you edit the information it answers from, and once a week it rereads your website and learns what changed.

During the next colour, someone asks about an appointment. Who answers?

Type your salon’s website and see how your agent answers clients.

Free. No sign-up, no card.
