An AI service advisor that answers every call

“How much is an oil change?”, “My check engine light is on, can I drive?”. Your agent answers from your price list, collects the year, make and model, and passes it to the shop. No remote diagnosis.

Free, no commitment. In English, Spanish and any language your customers speak.

What interrupts work in the shop

  • The phone rings mid-job

A tech wipes their hands to answer about hours, or the call goes to voicemail and the customer tries the next shop. Your agent picks up, and the team stays on the cars.

  • “What’s wrong with it?” with no details

Someone calls about “a noise from the wheel” without saying which car. Your agent collects the year, make, model and a description, so you know what’s coming.

  • Breakdowns on the road

A driver stuck on the shoulder calls in a panic. Your agent says to get safe first and call roadside assistance or 911 if needed, then flags it as urgent.

What drivers ask, and how your agent answers

Sample conversations from an auto repair shop, a quick lube, a tire shop, a dealership, car rental and a detailer.

My check engine light is on. Can I keep driving?

I can’t say whether it’s safe to drive. Pull over somewhere safe, and don’t go on until it’s checked. I’ve asked the shop to call you shortly.

A link for a service appointment, a test drive or a rental

Your agent sends your booking or ordering link. If there isn’t one, it collects the car, the problem and good times, and passes them to the shop. It can’t see your shop’s schedule and never confirms an appointment itself.

  • Your online booking pageany booking link on your website
  • Calendlytest drives and sales appointments
  • Square Appointmentsdetailing and bookings with a deposit
  • Setmorea shop calendar
  • SimplyBook.mecar wash and service appointments
  • The shop’s WhatsApp and emaila request with the car, problem and times

What reaches you: the name, number, year, make and model, a description of the problem and good times.

What your agent never does at a shop

  • Diagnose a problem

Or say a car is safe to drive. It collects the year, make, model and a description for a technician.

  • Quote a repair

Unless the price is on your price list, like an oil change or a tire rotation. Other repairs are priced after an inspection.

  • Leave a driver without safety steps

After an accident or a breakdown: make sure everyone is safe, call 911 or roadside assistance if needed, and only then an urgent request.

  • Pretend to be human

It says it’s an AI assistant at the start of every conversation, and on the phone that the call is recorded.

Drivers get in touch from the road, home and work

  • Website chat

Chat on your website: service prices, hours and booking.

  • WhatsApp

Drivers who use WhatsApp send a photo of a dashboard light there, and it reaches the shop with the details.

  • Phone

Answers your shop’s local number when everyone’s busy, and calls back on request.

  • Texts

Texts from your local number: the service, test-drive or rental link.

Questions

Does it tell customers whether it’s safe to drive?

No. It doesn’t diagnose or say it’s safe to drive. It suggests pulling over somewhere safe and passes everything to a technician.

Does it give quotes?

Only prices on your price list, like an oil change or a new battery. For other repairs it collects the details, and you give the price.

Is it suited to car rental?

Yes. It answers from your website about rental terms, driver age, insurance and pickup locations, and sends the booking link.

And for a dealership?

It answers about models, offers listed on your website and showroom hours, and sends the test-drive link. A salesperson gives the price.

Does it understand part names and trouble codes?

It understands what the customer describes and passes it on as is, but it never interprets trouble codes or diagnoses.

A driver is calling about a warning light. Who picks up?
