An AI agent that books jobs while you’re up a ladder

Mid-job, you can’t pick up, and a missed call is a lost job. Your agent answers, collects the address, a description and a photo, gives safety steps when needed, and sends you the job to quote.

Free, no commitment. In English, Spanish and any language your customers speak.

How many jobs go to voicemail

  • Missed calls are lost jobs

You’re under a sink or on a roof, and the customer calls the next company on Google. Your agent answers at once, and the job waits for you with every detail.

  • Requests with no details

“My AC’s out”, with no address, no model and no photo. Your agent asks what you need, so you show up with the right part.

  • After-hours emergencies

A leak that won’t stop, or a smell of gas. Your agent first says what to do to stay safe, and only then flags the job as an emergency.

What customers ask, and how your agent answers

Sample conversations from a plumber, HVAC, an electrician, roofing, house cleaning, a gas emergency and pest control.

Customer asked on chat: “There’s a leak, call me”

Hi, this is the plumbing company’s AI assistant, and this call is recorded. You asked us to call about a leak?

Yes, under the kitchen sink, and it won’t stop.

Close the shutoff valve under the sink, or the main valve if that doesn’t hold. I’ve sent your address to the plumber on call as urgent.

AC stopped blowing cold and it’s 112 outside

That’s urgent in this heat. I’ve flagged it for the dispatcher, who will text you an arrival window. Meanwhile, check the breaker and the thermostat. If anyone feels faint from the heat, call 911.

Sparks are coming out of the kitchen outlet

Move away from the outlet and don’t touch it. If there’s smoke or a burning smell, switch off the main breaker, and if there’s fire, call 911 now. I’ve flagged this as urgent for the electrician.

Do you do move-out cleanings on weekends?

Yes, on Saturdays from 8 a.m. Send your address and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and I’ll get you a quote from the team.

I can smell gas in the house

Leave the house now. Don’t switch any lights on or off, and don’t light anything. Once outside, call 911 or your gas company’s emergency line. I’ve marked this urgent.

Is it safe for my dog after you spray?

Let me ask the technician, and I’ll come back to you here.

Your booking link, or a tidy job request

If you book jobs online, your agent shares your Housecall Pro, Jobber or ServiceTitan booking link. If you don’t, it collects the address, a description, photos and good times, and sends it all to you in one message.

  • Housecall Proonline booking for jobs
  • Jobberonline booking and quote requests
  • ServiceTitanonline scheduling
  • Calendlyan estimate visit
  • Your quote formany form on your website
  • Your WhatsApp and emaila job with the address, description and photos

What reaches you: the name, number, address, a short description, photos if sent, and whether it’s urgent.

What your agent never does on a home job

  • Price a job it hasn’t seen

If the price isn’t on your website, it collects details and photos for an estimate. No “ballpark” numbers.

  • Cut corners on safety

Gas smell: leave, no switches or flames, and call 911 or the gas company from outside. Sparks, smoke, flooding near electrics or anyone hurt: 911 first, then an urgent job.

  • Promise an arrival time

The technician or dispatcher sets that. Your agent passes on the request, and your team confirms.

  • Pretend to be human

It says it’s an AI assistant at the start of every conversation, and on the phone that the call is recorded.

Jobs come in from every direction

  • Website chat

Chat on your website: service area, prices, warranty and quote requests.

  • WhatsApp

Customers who use WhatsApp send a photo of the problem there, and it reaches you with the address.

  • Phone

Answers your local number when you’re mid-job, and in an emergency says what to do until you arrive.

  • Texts

Texts from your local number, for customers who’d rather text than call.

Questions

Does it give estimates?

Only prices listed on your website, like an AC tune-up or a drain cleaning. For any other job it collects the address, a description and photos, and you send the estimate.

What does it do with an emergency call at night?

Safety first: with gas, leave the house and call 911 or the gas company; with a leak, close the shutoff valve. Then it flags the job as urgent and sends it to you at once.

I work alone. Is this for me?

Yes. The smallest plan is for businesses with up to 5 people, and every job reaches you on WhatsApp and by email with a short code. Reply with the code, and your answer goes to the customer.

Does it know which areas I serve?

Yes, if your website says so. People outside your service area get a clear answer instead of waiting for a call that won’t come.

Can I forward my current number to it?

Yes. Your business gets a local number with its own area code. Forward your existing line to it, for example only when you don’t pick up, in your phone carrier’s settings.

The next call comes while you’re up a ladder. Who picks up?

Type your business’s website and see how your agent takes a job request.

Free. No sign-up, no card.
